سياسة الخصوصية

تسري هذه السياسة على تطبيق ميزا ERP للجوال (حزمة التطبيق com.mizaerp.app) وعلى موقع mizaai.net. تاريخ السريان: 2026-10-07. الجهة المسؤولة عن معالجة البيانات هي ميزا (Miza)، ويمكن التواصل معنا عبر info@mizaai.net.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة:

• بيانات الحساب: اسم المستخدم والبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور (تخزن مشفرة بصيغة تجزئة ولا نستطيع قراءتها).
• سجلات الأعمال التي يدخلها المستخدم: العملاء والموردون والفواتير والمنتجات والموظفون والقيود المحاسبية وغيرها. هذه البيانات ملك للشركة العميلة.
• معرفات الجهاز ورمز الإشعارات (push token) عبر خدمة Firebase Cloud Messaging لإرسال الإشعارات إلى جهازك.
• الكاميرا: تستخدم لمسح الباركود فقط. لا تحفظ الصور ولا ترسل إلى خوادمنا، وتقرأ قيمة الباركود لحظيا على الجهاز.
• البلوتوث: يستخدم فقط للاتصال بالطابعات الحرارية لطباعة الإيصالات والفواتير.
• إذن الموقع التقريبي: يطلبه نظام أندرويد 11 وما دونه لأي تطبيق يبحث عن أجهزة بلوتوث. لا نجمع موقعك ولا نقرأه ولا نرسله.
• البصمة والتعرف على الوجه: يتم التحقق محليا داخل نظام الجهاز، ولا تصلنا أي بيانات حيوية ولا نخزنها.

2. أغراض الاستخدام

نستخدم البيانات لتشغيل حسابك وتقديم خدمات نظام ميزا ERP (المبيعات والمشتريات والمخزون ونقاط البيع والمحاسبة والموارد البشرية)، وللمصادقة وحماية الحساب، ولإرسال الإشعارات التشغيلية، ولتقديم الدعم الفني، وللالتزام بالأنظمة المعمول بها.

3. التخزين ومكان المعالجة

تخزن البيانات في سحابة ميزا ERP على خوادم تشغلها ميزا، وتنقل بين التطبيق والخادم عبر اتصال مشفر (TLS).

4. الإعلانات والتحليلات وبيع البيانات

التطبيق لا يعرض إعلانات، ولا يتضمن أي مكتبة تحليلات أو تتبع سلوكي من جهات خارجية، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية. الجهة الخارجية الوحيدة المستخدمة في التطبيق هي Firebase Cloud Messaging لتوصيل الإشعارات.

5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والسجلات طوال مدة الاشتراك. بعد طلب الحذف أو انتهاء الاشتراك تحذف البيانات خلال 30 يوما، باستثناء السجلات التي يوجب النظام الضريبي (هيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك) الاحتفاظ بها مدة قانونية. التفاصيل في صفحة حذف الحساب.

6. حقوقك

يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو تصديرها أو حذفها، والاعتراض على معالجتها. أرسل طلبك إلى info@mizaai.net من البريد المسجل في حسابك، وسنرد خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 30 يوما. لطلب حذف الحساب راجع صفحة حذف الحساب: /account-deletion.html.

7. الأطفال

الخدمة موجهة للشركات والعاملين فيها ولا تستهدف من هم دون 18 عاما، ولا نجمع عن قصد بيانات من الأطفال.

8. الأمان

نحمي البيانات بالتشفير أثناء النقل (TLS)، وبتخزين كلمات المرور مجزأة، وبعزل بيانات كل شركة عن غيرها، وبضوابط صلاحيات وسجل تدقيق. لا توجد وسيلة أمان مطلقة، ونعمل باستمرار على تحسين الحماية.

9. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدث هذه السياسة، وسيظهر تاريخ السريان أعلى الصفحة. الاستمرار في استخدام الخدمة بعد التحديث يعني قبول النسخة المحدثة.

Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Miza ERP mobile app (package com.mizaerp.app) and the mizaai.net website. Effective date: 2026-10-07. The data controller is Miza, reachable at info@mizaai.net.

1. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed to run the service:

• Account data: user name, email address and password (stored only as a salted hash; we cannot read it).
• Business records the user enters: customers, suppliers, invoices, products, employees, accounting entries and similar. This data belongs to the customer company.
• Device identifiers and a push token through Firebase Cloud Messaging, used to deliver notifications to your device.
• Camera: used only to scan barcodes. Images are never stored or sent to our servers; the barcode value is read on the device in real time.
• Bluetooth: used only to connect to thermal printers for printing receipts and invoices.
• Approximate location permission: Android 11 and earlier require it for any app that scans for Bluetooth devices. We never collect, read or transmit your location.
• Biometrics (fingerprint / face): verification happens on the device by the operating system; no biometric data reaches us or is stored by us.

2. Purposes of use

We use data to operate your account and deliver Miza ERP services (sales, purchasing, inventory, point of sale, accounting and HR), to authenticate and protect the account, to send operational notifications, to provide support, and to comply with applicable law.

3. Storage and processing

Data is stored in the Miza ERP cloud on servers operated by Miza and is transmitted between the app and the server over encrypted connections (TLS).

4. Ads, analytics and sale of data

The app shows no ads, includes no third-party analytics or behavioral-tracking SDK, and we do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing. The only third-party service used in the app is Firebase Cloud Messaging for delivering notifications.

5. Retention

We keep account data and records for as long as the subscription is active. After a deletion request or the end of the subscription, data is deleted within 30 days, except records that tax law (ZATCA) requires us to retain for the legal period. See the account deletion page for details.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, export or deletion of your data, and object to its processing. Email info@mizaai.net from the address registered on your account and we will respond within 30 days. To delete your account see the account deletion page: /account-deletion.html.

7. Children

The service is intended for businesses and their staff and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Security

We protect data with encryption in transit (TLS), hashed password storage, isolation of each company's data from others, permission controls and audit logging. No method is absolutely secure and we continually improve our safeguards.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will show the effective date at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated version.
